Art Nutter - Chairman and CEO

Art founded TAEUS Corporation in 1992 as the world’s first engineering company dedicated exclusively to intellectual property. TAEUS helps patent owners to receive optimum value for their property in the world’s market for innovation. Mr. Nutter defined the TAEUSworks™ business method for evaluating patents for licensing purposes. He has filed for a number of patents of his own.

Mr. Nutter lectures and writes on IP management, and served as trustee, High-Tech Sector chair, international delegate and on many committees for the Licensing Executives Society (USA & Canada), Inc (LES). He also served as LES International Communications chair.

He holds a BSME from the University of Akron (Ohio) and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Richard Dunham - President, TAEUS South America

Rick is currently the President of TAEUS South America located in Bogota, Colombia.

Rick established the Asia Pacific office in Kuala Lumpur in early 2014. Prior to his move to Malaysia, Rick was based in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he worked in international business development for both TAEUS International and a Charlotte-based private equity firm.  He has traveled throughout Asia and Africa conducting intellectual property licensing, strategy, and monetization programs, as well as pursuing private equity placements in emerging markets.  Having lived and worked throughout Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Balkans, Rick brings a wealth of international contacts and overseas experience to TAEUS Asia Pacific.

Rick graduated from Dartmouth College (New Hampshire, USA) with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, where he played baseball and football.  Prior to his work overseas, Rick worked for Wells Fargo Private Client Services Group as a licensed financial consultant and certified estate and trust planning officer. After earning his law degree (JD) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA), with a concentration in finance from Wake Forest University, Rick was commissioned as an Officer in the U.S. Army’s Judge Advocate General’s  (JAG) program, serving three tours.

Timothy Partin - Sr. Enterprise Sales Manager

As Senior Enterprise Sales Manager at TAEUS, Timothy Partin works with corporate legal departments, law firms, technology companies, and intellectual property professionals to address complex technology and patent-related challenges. He helps clients leverage TAEUS's expertise in patent analysis, reverse engineering, technical investigations, licensing support, and strategic intellectual property consulting to make informed business and legal decisions.

Timothy brings a diverse background in consultative sales, business development, client relationship management, and technology-focused solutions. His experience working with business leaders and decision-makers enables him to understand client objectives, identify critical challenges, and connect organizations with the technical resources and expertise needed to achieve their goals.

With educational foundations in Aviation Maintenance and Computer Science, Timothy combines technical aptitude with a business-focused approach. He is skilled at translating complex technical concepts into meaningful business discussions, helping clients navigate matters involving emerging technologies, software, hardware, telecommunications, semiconductors, chemical formulations, and intellectual property strategy.

Known for building trusted relationships and taking a consultative approach to client engagement, Timothy focuses on understanding each organization's unique needs and delivering solutions that create long-term value. His commitment to client success and ability to bridge the gap between technical experts and business stakeholders make him a valuable resource for organizations seeking insight into technology, innovation, and intellectual property.

Solange Richter - Growth Operations Manager

Solange returned to the TAEUS team in June 2026 as the Growth Operations Manager, having originally joined the company in May 2017. In her current role, she bridges marketing, administration, and corporate operations to strategize and execute business growth within today's highly competitive intellectual property landscape.

Prior to stepping into growth operations, Solange served as a Social Media Manager, where she specialized in scaling small businesses. She also brings valuable technical expertise in artificial intelligence, having served on the AI committee at her previous organization, where she successfully spearheaded the implementation of internal AI processes.

Solange holds an AA in Business and a BS in Business Management from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, graduating Cum Laude in May 2022. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.
